Contact form: your name, organization, email address and message.

Newsletter: your email address and a record of your consent, including its wording and timestamp.

Accounts and orders: your email address and password (held by our authentication provider), name, shipping address, telephone number (optional), the type of research organization you purchase for, and the research-use declaration made with each order.

Technical data: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the site.

To respond to inquiries, to manage accounts and orders, to check research-use declarations, to send announcements you have consented to, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.

Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in its Canada (Central) region, with access restricted by role, and sensitive administrative changes are recorded in an audit log.

Card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly. We never receive or store full card numbers.

You can unsubscribe from announcements at any time, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. [State-specific rights, e.g. under the CCPA/CPRA, to be reviewed by counsel.]

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the site. If you arrive through an affiliate's link, a cookie remembers that referral for a limited period so the affiliate's code can be applied at checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
