Our standards define what must be true — and documented — before a lot is released. Each one is labeled with its current status.
Planned standard
Defined and documented as a requirement; not yet in operation.
In preparation
Procedures and systems are being built and tested.
In place
Operating, documented, and carried out for every applicable lot.
01
Product identity
In preparation
Every peptide is described by its full chemical name, its amino-acid sequence, its CAS number where one is assigned, and its molecular formula and weight — never by a nickname or an abbreviation that obscures what it is.
Identity fields, including sequence, are recorded for each peptide and checked against source documentation before publication.
Names on vial labels, listings and certificates must match exactly.
Identity is confirmed analytically for each lot, as part of independent testing.
02
Lot traceability
In preparation
Every vial will carry its lot number. Each lot record links the peptide, its source documentation, its certificate and its release decision — so any vial can be traced back to the evidence behind it.
A lot number printed on every vial label, matching the certificate exactly.
Each certificate is bound to one lot and cannot be attached to another.
Lots move through defined states: pending documentation, quarantine, released or withdrawn.
03
Independent analytical testing
Planned standard
Before release, each lot is to be tested by an independent, third-party analytical laboratory. The certificate will name the laboratory, the methods used and the dates of testing.
Laboratory partners have not yet been selected. Selection criteria include accreditation appropriate to the methods used, such as ISO/IEC 17025.
Results are published exactly as reported. Ri18 Labs does not restate, round or reinterpret them.
The laboratory's original document is available to download alongside each certificate.
04
Quality review
Planned standard
A documented review will compare every certificate against the material's specification before a lot is released. A lot that does not conform stays in quarantine.
Release decisions are recorded with reviewer, date and rationale.
Any change to a specification or certificate is captured in an audit log.
Withdrawn lots stay visible in verification, marked as withdrawn.
05
Responsible material handling
Planned standard
Vials will be stored, packaged and shipped according to each lot's Safety Data Sheet, and supplied only for laboratory research, with a research-use declaration on every order.
No human-use, dosing or therapeutic guidance, and no health or performance claims.
A research-use declaration and age confirmation on every order. A declaration alone does not make a sale lawful, and some materials may not be offered at all.
Storage and transport conditions are documented per material.
