01Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
02Carriers, timing and cost
Orders ship by UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout, and free on orders over the free-shipping amount shown across the site (judged on the subtotal after discounts).
You'll find the tracking number in your account as soon as your order ships.
03Shipping protection
Shipping protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout, priced as a percentage of your order. It covers parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit: if a protected parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we'll reship the order or refund it.
To make a claim, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if the parcel arrived damaged).
Without shipping protection, Ri18 Labs is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they've been handed to the carrier, including parcels marked delivered.
04Packaging and conditions
Materials are packed and shipped according to each lot's Safety Data Sheet and applicable transport regulations, including any temperature-control or hazardous-materials requirements.
