How returns, damaged shipments and documentation exceptions are handled.

01Damaged or incorrect shipments

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong material, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the packaging is damaged or the lot number does not match its certificate, keep the vial sealed and contact us.

Parcels lost or damaged in transit are covered by shipping protection, if it was added at checkout: see the Shipping Policy.

02Returns of materials

For safety and integrity reasons, opened research materials generally cannot be returned. [Exceptions, restocking terms and the refund workflow to be confirmed.]
