Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website at https://www.ri18labs.com, operated by Thais Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Ri18 Labs (“Ri18 Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It takes effect on the effective date shown at the top of this page.

It explains how we approach accessibility and how you can get help. It does not change our Terms & Conditions, Research-Use Policy or any other policy, and it does not limit any right you have under applicable law.

We want everyone who visits the Ri18 Labs website, including people with disabilities, to be able to use it, from finding a material and reading its certificate of analysis to managing an account and completing checkout.

If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we will help.

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is the same standard the U.S. Department of Justice adopted in 2024 for the websites of state and local governments.

We consider accessibility when we design or change pages, and we review the site periodically against this standard. Measures we use include a link to skip straight to the main content, labels on form fields, error messages that screen readers announce, and reduced animation when your device is set to reduce motion.

If you have difficulty with any part of our website, or with an email or document we send you, email support@ri18labs.com. Tell us the page you were on or its web address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. If you use assistive technology, such as a screen reader, it helps to tell us which one. You do not need to tell us anything about a disability or your health.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Depending on what you need, we will give you the information from any page of the site in another format, such as plain text in an email, or help you complete what you were trying to do, such as creating an account, finding a certificate, checking an order or completing checkout. There is no charge for this help.

If a form on the site does not work for you, email us directly. You can also use the contact form on our Contact page, or message us on Telegram or WhatsApp using the links on that page.

If any step of checkout is difficult for you, email support@ri18labs.com and we will help you complete it. For example, we can explain each field and choice in writing, send you the exact wording of each confirmation, or walk you through checkout one step at a time by email. We cannot make a confirmation for you, at checkout or when you open an account, or tell you whether to make one. Give each confirmation only if it is true.

Every order must still be placed by you through the checkout on our website. That is where you make the age and research-use confirmations that every order requires, and where you enter your payment directly with Stripe, so we do not take orders by email, message or phone. Every order must meet our Terms & Conditions and Research-Use Policy.

If a disability prevents you from completing checkout even with our help, tell us what is getting in the way. We will work with you on a reasonable way for you to complete checkout, with each confirmation made by you and your payment entered directly with Stripe.

For your security, never send us your card details by email or message. We will never ask for them.

For each certificate of analysis we publish, the certificate details and test results are shown as text on our COA Verification page. The downloadable file is the testing laboratory's original document, which we provide unchanged, as the laboratory issued it.

If you have trouble reading an original certificate, or any other document we provide, such as a Safety Data Sheet supplied with an order, email support@ri18labs.com and we will send you its contents in another format, such as plain text in an email.

Some parts of using our website are provided by other companies and are not controlled by us. These include Stripe's payment form on our checkout page, carrier tracking pages such as the UPS website, Telegram and WhatsApp, and laboratory websites linked from some certificates.

If one of these services creates a barrier for you, contact support@ri18labs.com and we will help. For example, we can email you the tracking information we hold for your order, answer your question by email instead of by message, or explain the payment step and the other payment methods offered at checkout.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. When you tell us about a barrier on a page we control, we will look into it and work to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to our email and we will look at it again.

We handle the information you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
