Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

The do's and don'ts every Ri18 Labs affiliate must follow when promoting materials sold only for in-vitro laboratory research: disclosure, claims, images, channels, monitoring and records.

Effective

01About these guidelines

These Affiliate Promotion Guidelines are published by Thais Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Ri18 Labs (“Ri18 Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”), for affiliates in the Ri18 Labs affiliate program, which appears in your account as the partnership program. They take effect on the date shown at the top of this page.

These guidelines form part of our Affiliate Program Terms. They turn the promotion, disclosure and monitoring rules in those terms into practical do's and don'ts, and they apply together with our Terms & Conditions and Research-Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information in the program. If anything in these guidelines conflicts with the Affiliate Program Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms control.

They apply to everything that promotes Ri18 Labs, mentions our materials or includes your code or link, wherever it appears and whenever it was published, including posts, captions, stories, videos, livestreams, podcasts, websites, newsletters, emails, texts, comments, replies and conversations. They also apply to anyone who promotes Ri18 Labs for you, such as an assistant, editor or agency, and you are responsible for what they do. Do not recruit other people to promote your code or link.

Following these guidelines does not by itself make your promotion lawful. You remain responsible for complying with every law and platform rule that applies to you, including the Federal Trade Commission Act and the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Under those rules, both you and Ri18 Labs can be held responsible for what you say about us, which is why these guidelines are strict.

02The one rule

Ri18 Labs materials are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics. Everything you say, show or share about Ri18 Labs must be consistent with that.

Any suggestion of personal, human or animal use, whether you state it, show it, hint at it or joke about it, and whether it is made in public, in private or by someone acting for you, is grounds for ending your participation in the program immediately. Unpaid commission earned through or connected with it may be forfeited, and commission on orders obtained through it may be reversed even if it has already been paid or converted to store credit, as the Affiliate Program Terms describe.

The rest of these guidelines exist to help you keep this rule. If you are unsure whether something could be read as suggesting personal, human or animal use, do not publish it.

03How to disclose your relationship

Wherever you promote Ri18 Labs or share your code or link, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Ri18 Labs. Disclose in every piece of content, not just once on your profile, in plain words that are easy to notice and understand, placed where people see them before they see or use your code or link.

A compliant disclosure looks like this: “Ad · I'm a paid Ri18 Labs affiliate and earn a commission if you buy through my link.” Put it at the start of your caption, post, page or email, before any “more” or “see more” cut-off.

These are not compliant: #sp, #spon, #collab, #partner or #ambassador on their own; a disclosure that appears only in your bio, profile, link page or the comments; a disclosure placed below a “more” cut-off, at the end of a long caption or among a group of hashtags or links; text that is small, faint or on screen too briefly to read; and vague wording, such as “thanks, Ri18 Labs”, that does not say you are paid.

In video, say the disclosure out loud and show it on screen, near the start and again whenever you mention your code or link, for long enough to read. In audio and podcasts, say it before you mention your code or link. In livestreams, say and show it at the start and repeat it at least every 15 minutes, so that people who join late still hear it. In images and stories, put it on the image itself, on every image or frame that promotes us.

Disclose in the same language as your content. Where a platform offers a paid-partnership or branded-content label, use it as well as your own disclosure, never instead of it.

Disclose your relationship even if you set your split so that your whole rate goes to your customers' discount and you earn no commission, for example: “Ad · I'm a Ri18 Labs affiliate.” Disclose it too whenever you receive store credit or anything else of value from Ri18 Labs in connection with your promotion, for example: “Ad · I'm a Ri18 Labs affiliate and received store credit from Ri18 Labs.”

You do not have to say how much you earn, and you must not publish your total rate or commission rate, which are confidential under the Affiliate Program Terms.

Never present yourself as an ordinary customer, an independent reviewer or a neutral researcher, and never promote Ri18 Labs through a second account or under another name.

04Words and claims you may use

Keep what you say about Ri18 Labs short, factual and neutral. Apart from your disclosure, the only claims you may make about Ri18 Labs and our materials are those described in this section, and only while they are accurate.

Identity facts. A material's name, full chemical name, sequence, CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, form and quantity per vial and, for a blend, its listed components and their quantities, exactly as they appear on that material's product page on our website.

Certificates. That we publish lot-specific certificates of analysis, and that a certificate can be looked up by its lot number on our COA Verification page. Do not quote results from a certificate or describe what it shows, and do not say that a certificate exists for a material or lot unless our website shows it.

Price and your discount. Your code or link, the price shown on our website when you publish, and the customer discount your code or link currently gives. Prices and discounts change, so check them before you publish, and update anything that is no longer accurate, including after you change your split.

Research use. The statement “For in-vitro laboratory research only.” Include it, in writing or out loud, in every piece of content that mentions Ri18 Labs or our materials. It is required, but it never makes any other content acceptable.

Anything else needs approval first. If you want to say something this section does not cover, send the exact wording to support@ri18labs.com and wait for our written approval before you publish it.

05Claims you must never make

Never state, suggest or hint at any of the following, in words, images, sound, captions, hashtags, emojis, links, tone or context, and never repeat, share, like or endorse anyone else who does. The examples given are not a complete list.

Effects on people or animals. Any claim about health, healing, recovery, injury, pain, disease, weight, fat loss, appetite, body composition, muscle, tanning, skin, hair, sexual function or libido, anti-aging or longevity, sleep, mood, cognition or focus, energy, or athletic or physical performance. Not allowed: “great for recovery”, “helps injuries heal”, “perfect for cutting”, “the tanning one”, “a libido boost”, “an anti-aging essential” or “sharper focus”. Do not use slang or informal names for a material that point to a use or effect.

Use, dosing and preparation. Any mention of dosing, amounts, schedules, cycles, administration or injection, “reconstitution”, mixing, “stacks” or protocols, including in slang or code words. Not allowed: “my stack”, “what I'm running”, “how to reconstitute it” or “the protocol I follow”.

Personal experience. Personal-use stories, results, before-and-after or progress content, or anything that says or implies that you or anyone else has used a material. Not allowed: “I tried it”, “my results after a month” or “a friend swears by it”.

Research use only, with a wink. Anything that suggests our research-use statement is not meant seriously, such as a wink or winking emoji, quotation marks around the word research, “for research, if you know what I mean”, “not for human use, officially” or “you know what it's for”.

Regulators, trials and approval. Any reference to the FDA, HHS or any other government agency, to compounding or compounding decisions, warning letters, shortages, bans, clinical trials or approval status as a reason to buy or to buy now. Not allowed: “get it before the FDA bans it”, “now that compounding is ending”, “already in phase 3 trials” or “not approved yet, so it's cheap”.

Medicines and studies. Any comparison between a material and a prescription medicine, a brand-name drug or a compounded product, or any description of a material as a generic, alternative, substitute or “research version” of one. Do not use studies, research findings or articles, including the research articles on our website, as a reason to buy, and do not share them together with your code or link.

Quality, safety and offers. Your own claims about purity, quality, testing or safety, such as “pharmaceutical grade”, “human grade”, “clean”, “safe” or a purity percentage; any statement about prices, discounts, shipping, delivery, complimentary items, availability or refunds, other than the price and discount allowed above, unless we approve it in writing; and any statement that we will source, stock or restock a material.

Who it is for. Any suggestion that our materials are for anyone other than researchers buying for in-vitro laboratory research, including content aimed at people who want to change how they look, feel or perform.

06Images and video you must never show

Never show any of the following in a photo, video, livestream, thumbnail, story, graphic, emoji, animation or AI-generated image: syringes, needles, injection pens, alcohol swabs or similar supplies; anyone mixing, measuring, dissolving, drawing up or otherwise preparing a material; or a vial on, near or held against a person's body, or on or near an animal.

Never show bacteriostatic water with any peptide or present them as going together, and never show bodies, physiques, before-and-after or progress images, or gyms, clinics, spas, bathrooms, kitchens, food, drinks, supplements or any other setting that suggests personal use.

If you show a material, show only a sealed, labeled vial on a plain surface, with its label unaltered and nothing covering its lot number or research-use statement. You may also use images we provide to you, without changing them.

Never alter or edit a certificate of analysis, a label or our logo, never crop out any part of a certificate, and never show a certificate for one lot as if it applied to another.

07Where you may promote

Approved channels only. You may promote Ri18 Labs only on channels we have approved in writing. Our approval of your application covers the websites, accounts and formats you described in it, unless we tell you otherwise. Anything else, including a new website, account, platform, newsletter, podcast or format, needs our written approval first: send a link and a description of its audience to support@ri18labs.com and wait for our reply. No approval ever permits anything these guidelines prohibit.

Communities to stay out of. Never promote Ri18 Labs in, or use the hashtags, tags or keywords of, groups, pages, forums, channels or communities about fitness, bodybuilding, weight loss, tanning, anti-aging, sexual performance, or personal use of peptides or other research chemicals, and never target accounts or audiences interested in them.

No private groups, direct messages, group buys or resale. Do not promote Ri18 Labs in private, closed, secret or invitation-only groups, chats, servers or channels on any platform. Do not use direct or private messages to promote Ri18 Labs or to send your code or link, and do not post your code or link in comments or replies on other people's content. Do not organize, promote or join group buys or pooled or split orders, and do not buy materials to resell, split, give away or pass on to anyone outside your own laboratory or organization.

Deal sites, advertising and our name. Do not list your code on coupon, deal, voucher, cashback, rebate or loyalty websites or apps, and do not run paid advertising that promotes Ri18 Labs, unless we have approved it in writing in advance. Never bid on “Ri18”, “Ri18 Labs”, our domain name or any similar term or misspelling as a keyword, use any of them in ad text, or use them in a domain name, username, social media handle or app name.

Identity. Never present yourself as Ri18 Labs, as our employee or representative, or as an official Ri18 Labs store, page, account or support channel. Use our name and logo only as we provide them, and only to identify and link to Ri18 Labs.

Audience and platform rules. Aim your content only at researchers aged 21 or older in the United States who buy materials for in-vitro laboratory research, and never at anyone under 21 or anyone buying for personal use. Do not promote Ri18 Labs on any platform whose rules do not allow it, and never use misspellings, coded words or other tricks to get around a platform's rules or moderation. Share only your own code and link, and never hide or disguise your link or open it without a genuine click.

Health professionals and coaches. If you are a licensed health professional, you must not promote Ri18 Labs to your patients or clients, through your practice, or by using your professional title or credentials. The same applies to coaches, trainers and anyone else who advises clients about health, fitness, weight or appearance.

08Email and text messages

Only with written approval. Do not promote Ri18 Labs by email or text message unless we have approved it in writing in advance, and then only to the lists and in the way we approved.

Email. Every email that promotes Ri18 Labs must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Use accurate sender and routing information that identifies you, a subject line that honestly reflects the content and a clear statement that the email is an advertisement. Include your valid physical postal address and a clear, working way to unsubscribe that keeps working for at least 30 days after you send. Stop emailing anyone who unsubscribes straight away, and in any event within 10 business days, and never sell or share their address.

Ri18 Labs suppression list. Before each send, ask us for the current Ri18 Labs suppression list by emailing support@ri18labs.com, wait until you receive it, and remove every address on it from your list. Use the suppression list only for that purpose.

Lists. Send only to people who asked to hear from you. Never use purchased, rented, shared, harvested, scraped or generated lists, or contact details collected for another purpose.

Text messages. Every text that promotes Ri18 Labs must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws. Send marketing texts only to people who have given you their prior express written consent to receive them, and keep a record of that consent. Identify yourself in every text, include a simple way to opt out, such as replying STOP, stop texting anyone who opts out straight away, and send texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the recipient's local time.

Complaints and opt-outs. Forward every complaint, and every unsubscribe or opt-out request, about a message that promoted Ri18 Labs to support@ri18labs.com within 2 business days.

09Answering questions

People may ask you about personal use, dosing, preparation, effects or results, in comments, messages, livestream chats or in person. The only permitted answer, word for word, is: “Ri18 Labs materials are for in-vitro laboratory research only, and I can't help with that.”

Do not reply with your code or link, follow up privately, point the person to other sources, people or groups, or answer in any other way, even partly or as a joke. Do not send anyone to our Telegram, WhatsApp, email or contact form with these questions, because we do not answer them.

Do not like, pin, share or reply approvingly to questions or comments about personal use, dosing or effects, and hide or delete them on your own content where your platform allows.

If someone tells you they intend to use a material on themselves, another person or an animal, do not give them your code or link, and tell us at support@ri18labs.com.

For questions about orders, shipping, refunds, certificates or materials we do not list, point people to our website or to support@ri18labs.com instead of answering for us. You cannot speak for Ri18 Labs, and you must not take orders, payments or product requests on our behalf. Orders are placed only through checkout on our website.

10Reviews and engagement

Do not write, post, buy, sell, trade or arrange reviews, ratings or testimonials about Ri18 Labs or our materials, anywhere, whether as yourself, under another name or through anyone else, and do not ask customers or anyone else to write them. Do not offer discounts, store credit, free materials or anything else in return for a review, rating, comment or post.

Do not buy or use fake followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments or other engagement, and do not use bots, automated accounts or engagement groups to promote Ri18 Labs or your code or link.

Do not threaten, pressure, pay or offer anything to anyone to change or remove a review or comment, and do not falsely report or flag anyone's review or content.

These rules follow federal law, including the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.

11One discount per order

Each order receives one discount. Only one code can be entered per order, and where more than one discount could apply, only the largest single discount is given. The first-order discount never combines with an affiliate code or link or with a reward code.

Never say or suggest that your code or link can be combined with the first-order discount or any other offer, or that a customer can get more than one discount on an order. Describe only the discount your own code gives.

If a new customer's first-order discount is larger than your customer discount, they receive the first-order discount instead of yours. The order is still credited to you, and the Affiliate Program Terms explain how commission is worked out on it.

Store credit is not a discount and is applied after the discount, so do not describe it as an extra discount. Do not promise anyone store credit or rewards.

12Monitoring and records

We review the channels you describe when you apply, and after you are approved we may review your content at any time, with or without telling you first. If we ask, you must tell us where and how you promote Ri18 Labs and send us copies of content we cannot see ourselves, such as emails and texts.

Keep a copy of everything you publish or send that promotes Ri18 Labs or includes your code or link, including posts, captions, stories, videos, emails, texts and, where your platform allows, livestream recordings, with the date and place it appeared, for at least 2 years after it was published or sent. Send us any of these copies within 5 business days of our request.

If we ask you to change or remove content, do so within 48 hours of our request. This includes older content and content published before these guidelines took effect. If you find content of yours that does not follow these guidelines, fix or remove it straight away, without waiting to be asked, and tell us at support@ri18labs.com.

We may withhold commission connected with content that does not follow these guidelines until it has been fixed and we have finished our review, and commission earned through or connected with a breach may be forfeited or reversed as the Affiliate Program Terms describe. Repeated or serious breaches may lead us to suspend or end your participation in the program.

13Materials withdrawn from promotion

We may tell you, by email to the address on your account, that a material must not be promoted, for a time or permanently, even if it is still listed on our website.

From the time of our email, do not mention that material in new content, and edit or remove existing content that promotes it within 48 hours. If your link opens that material's page, change it to another page in your dashboard, and if your dashboard does not yet allow a change, turn the link off until it does.

Promote only materials that are currently listed on our website.

14Acknowledgment and changes

When you apply to the affiliate program, you confirm, by ticking the box on the affiliate application, that you have read these guidelines and will follow them. We record your confirmation and its date.

If you joined the program before these guidelines were published, we will send them to the email address on your account and ask you to confirm that you have read them.

We may update these guidelines. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, email you before they take effect and ask you to confirm that you have read the new version, in the way our email explains. We record each confirmation and its date. Until you confirm, we may suspend your affiliate account as the Affiliate Program Terms allow, and if you continue in the program after a change takes effect, you accept it.

Bring your existing content into line with updated guidelines within 48 hours after they take effect, or within any longer time our email gives you. Your confirmation never limits your responsibility to follow these guidelines, the Affiliate Program Terms and the law.

15Questions and contact

If you are not sure whether something is allowed, do not publish it. Send it to support@ri18labs.com first and wait for our written answer.

Questions about these guidelines, requests for written approval and reports of content that does not follow them should be sent to support@ri18labs.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account.
