Research-Use PolicyAre Ri18 Labs materials for human use?
No. Every material is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. It is not for human or veterinary use, and not for use as a drug, food, cosmetic or household product. Ri18 Labs gives no dosing, preparation-for-use or medical information.
Research-Use PolicyWhat does “research use only” mean?
It describes the only purpose for which Ri18 Labs supplies a material and the only terms on which it sells it. It is not a regulatory status, approval, license or exemption, and no material Ri18 Labs sells has been approved, cleared or evaluated by the FDA for any use in humans or animals.
Research-Use PolicyHow is each peptide identified?
Every listing states the material's full chemical name, its amino-acid sequence or composition (every component of a blend, with its quantity), its CAS number where one is assigned, its molecular formula and weight, its fill and its storage conditions, with the source of that identity data.
Research compound catalogHow do I verify a Certificate of Analysis?
Enter the lot number printed on the vial label on the COA Verification page. Each certificate is tied to exactly one lot number. Ri18 Labs is preparing for launch, so listings show “COA pending” until the certificate for their lot is published.
COA VerificationWhat are Ri18 Labs' quality standards?
Product identity, lot traceability, independent analytical testing, quality review and responsible material handling. Each standard is labeled with its current status, and a label changes only when the procedure is actually in operation.
Quality StandardsHow are orders shipped?
By UPS 2nd Day Air, at a flat rate per order, and free once the order's merchandise subtotal reaches the free-shipping threshold. The current rate and threshold are shown in the cart, and the exact charge at checkout before you pay. Optional shipping protection can be added at checkout.
Shipping PolicyDoes Ri18 Labs ship outside the United States?
No. Ri18 Labs ships only to addresses in the United States.
Shipping PolicyCan I return an order?
Research materials must stay sealed and traceable, so sales are final once an order ships and opened materials can't be returned. Report an incorrect, incomplete or defective order within 14 days after the delivery date, and it is resolved as Returns & Refunds describes.
